Who are your specialists?
Our specialists are qualified and experienced psychologists or clinical psychologist from across Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. Each have their own unique approach and interaction style, but all are guaranteed to be highly skilled in their art.
All our specialists have been personally interviewed by our management team, and all have, at the minimum:
Master’s degree in psychology or clinical psychology
Two years of work experiences
Accreditation from a local psychologists’ society
How do I pick a specialist?
The choice of a specialist is a highly personal one.
Do I get a trial session with a specialist?
With our Trial plan, you can try two specialists of your choice for a discounted price of SGD200 / HKD000 / RM000. If you love the first one and would like to resume sessions with them, you may convert the remaining balance into credits and begin sessions with the said specialist.
Care services
What Care services do you offer?
Currently, we offer Brief Therapy, Psychotherapy, Couples’ & Caregivers’ Support, Transition Coaching online, Psychological Assessments on-site in Singapore. Our Care-services are designed to encompass all mental health needs.
Brief Therapy is designed as a short-term intervention for stress and burnout, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, trauma and crisis, self-esteem and identity. Brief Therapy equips you with tools for managing the impact of mental health shock in your everyday life and helps you move forward with clarity.
Psychotherapy refers to a long-term, committed process of addressing, managing, and reducing the impact of mental health symptoms or of exploring recurring thought and behavioural patterns under a professional’s guidance.
Couples’ & Caregivers’ Support is meant for finding balance between self and the assumed roles and responsibilities towards others. Couples’ and caregivers’ support comprises couples’ counselling, caregivers’ support, pre-marital counselling, and divorce counselling.
Transition Coaching accompanies you through transitions in roles and responsibilities – at the workplace and in life, more broadly. Transition Coaching comprises three tracks: Executive, Career, and Life. How are your Care services delivered?
All our services, except for Psychological Assessments, are delivered only in the Carepatron video meeting room.
4MindHealth Clinic currently offers Art Therapy and Psychological Assessments for official and personal diagnostic use at 21 Collyer Quay, Singapore. Please note that 4MindHealth Clinic operates in Singapore only.
How do I select the right Care service?

If you have a referral from a GP or psychiatrist (or any other healthcare professional) or you have received a diagnosis and treatment plan through a psychological assessment and you are unsure what service is fit for your purposes, please contact our customer service that will guide you with the service selection.

Pricing & Purchases
What is the difference between price packages and credit subscriptions?
What are credits and how do they work?
Our credits are awesome – they give you access to more and, better yet, more affordable services than ever! One credit corresponds to SGD10 / HKD00 / MYR00, which makes it easy to calculate how much you spend (save) at 4mind.health.
Credits may be used towards any Care or AI Portal services, excluding Transition Coaching.
You may view and purchase credit subscriptions at Pricing-page. We recommend you first select a specialist, refer to their credit rate, multiply the rate by your desired number of monthly sessions, and add three credits for our AI chatbot Nomi on top!
Subscription credits renew each month according to your plan. Unused credits roll over for one calendar month.
Top-up credits are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
Is the credit subscription cancellable?
Yes – the subscription is fully cancellable provided you have not used any credits.
