Changing your mind

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time, effective on the subscription renewal date.

Buy a subscription

All the services we offer on our platform and mobile environment are purchased through 4MindHealth credits. You will be assigned a number of credits for monthly, depending on your chosen subscription plan.

Use the credits

The credits may be used towards purchasing any services, such as self-help courses or CBT-based chatbot support. Unused credits will rollover onto the next month for one month.

Topping up

If you wish to purchase additional services, or want to try out a counsellor in a higher pricing tier, you may top up credits through one-off purchases. Top-up credits are valid for 90 days from the purchase date.
